I'm very pleased with Ryan and the plan he put together for my home foundation repair. Ryan went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection and make sure that he didn't miss the slightest detail. I knew this was a big project and I'm very happy that he took the extra time to not miss any details. He was very helpful and informative. For an expense this big, I wanted to make sure I got the best solution available, so I shopped around. It didn't take long for me to notice the design Ryan had put together was the most all around efficient. Making my decision was a no brainer.

The call center was great and the System Design Specialist, Josh, was very personable and thorough. The proposal at the time of inspection was cheaper and more complete than the other estimates I received. I plan to go with TerraFirma in the next 6 months. Jeramie, Joe and Kyler were very courteous, respectful, and professional in every regard.  Every time they came into the house they left their footwear outside the door. I did not go under the house to check their work, but I have no doubt that the forthcoming photos will certainly prove the quality of their work! I will certainly recommend Terra Firma to anybody I know who might be considering similar work at their home.

It's going to require lots of messing around and potential alterations due to condition of barn structure. In the end, it'll still be an old barn. The information and services that Casey was able to provide about how we can fix it was extremely helpful in our decision on what to do with it. Both your office staff and the representative who visited represented your company very well. Our total experience with TerraFirma was good. Everyone was on time and everything went to schedule. Casey made a point of trying to get my work scheduled quickly and I appreciated it. The aspect I appreciated most was there were no surprises. With such a large foundation project we were happy to see everything run smoothly and without a hitch. After scheduling an appointment with TerraFirma, an inspector had a look at my foundation to check for settlement issues. We had cracks in the dry wall and around the doors. We thought that the project was going to be much bigger, but Bryan suggested that some of the cracks were cosmetic and we could fix those on our own. Bryan is an asset to your company. Bryan's visit made me an advocate of your company, and I will be referring you to anyone who is also in need of these services. 

In part, our goal was to tie down the house for more earthquake protection. Casey offered a great solution for permanent stability over time. 10/10. We were very impressed by Casey's experience, expertise, communication skills and ability to explain his analysis of our existing situation. You've got a real gem of an employee there!

We have recently purchased this home and are planning on it being our "two year project". With that in mind, we definetly want everything fixed, but it has to be planned/budgeted. Really happy with everything! Wish the price could be lower but don't we all! Would recommend your company on what we've experienced so far.
