Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew began the project by removing the debris from the crawl space. Then, drainage matting was placed on the dirt soil, and Terra Block insulation was place on top to create a thermal barrier. Next, the crew installed the rim joist insulation, Cleanspace vapor barrier on the floor, and Foamax wall insulation on the walls to create an airtight barrier between the soil below and the building materials. Mark is glad he chose a long-term solution to protect his home from the consequences that typically come with having a dirt crawl space.

First, Diego and his crew began by taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Once the SuperSump+ was installed, the crew shifted their focus to attaching a standard discharge line outside the home. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and serves as an underground drain that works efficiently with the basement sump pump. Next, Kiko and his team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. Our FoamMax makes the walls look clean and bright, reduces condensation, and provides heavy protection from moisture. To complete the installation, Kiko and his crew filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Monica was happy with the repairs and had a great experience!
