Our Foreman, Dylon, and his production team began the project by breaking out the entire concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents mud and water clogs, and collects water leaks from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. This vapor barrier is made to prevent mold and mildew, cover any holes or divots, and act as an extra blanket protectant. Lastly, Dylon and his team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is the best sump pump we provide for homeowners. It solves all three water problems in one system and provides three different layers of water protection. To complete the installation, our team filled the open floor gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over them.
