A homeowner in Strawberry Point, IA, was concerned after discovering water damage throughout their basement walls. Impressed by all our services and products, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan determined the basement needed to be professional waterproofing. Ryan proposed his plan to the homeowner and they agreed with his recommendations. After they were approved, the plans were passed along to our office to be approved. As soon as the office approved and built the project, they were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew. Kingsley and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Larry and Beth of Warrens, WI had an annual maintenance performed by our Service Technician, Darin. Darin noticed that water was seeping through Larry and Beth's foundation walls. He proposed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is a vapor retarder that prevents water from seeping in and saves money on energy costs. Our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, Nathan scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the installation by installing four of our SmartJacks down the center of the basement to raise the sagging ceiling. Next, our crew broke out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, made to collect water seepage from the walls. Lastly, Kiko and his team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, made to keep mold and humidity away from the basement. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the pre-existing concrete. Nathan was amazed with the work, and was thankful we were able to safe the life and stability of his home!

In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water clogs and collects wall water seepage. Next, our crew applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the perimeter of the basement walls to prevent mold, mildew and humidity from invading the basement. To complete the installation, our crew filled the open trench gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Dan was ecstatic about his new and improved basement, and no longer has to worry about harsh weather conditions!

Sue P. of De Soto, WI had severe water seepage in her basement, so she gave American Waterworks a call to see what we could do to help her. We sent out our Design Specialist, Eric Fox, for a Free Estimate to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough and detailed diagnosis, Sue was content with Eric's proposal, so she went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our foreman, Crescencio Pena, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement. Next, they applied 182 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System around the basement wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace acts as a wall vapor barrier and prevents mold or humidity from invading the concrete walls. Then, our team applied 182 feet of stone thin concrete around the tops of the CleanSpace to make sure it was extra secure. Then, Crescencio and his crew installed 182 feet of WaterGuard in the broken-out concrete. Our WaterGuard acts as a drainage system; it prevents water clogs and collects the water waste from beneath the CleanSpace. To complete the basement, Crescencio and his team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
