Dan McNally (salesman) did an excellent job at arriving promptly for the appointment. He was very clear in describing the work that needed to be done. Victor (foreman) was very competent and polite. I am extremely satisfied with the job that was provided by Quality 1st Basement systems.

I initially discovered Quality 1st with a quick online search and decided to choose their company because I noticed they were a company that specialized in basement waterproofing and met all of my needs. Overall, I am very fulfilled with the work done at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman was courteous and competent, he helped me choose the best products. Victor Leon and the installation crew was nice, clean, respectful and effective.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago when first had work done another one of my houses. I contacted them again back in September when I decided to get work done on my unfinished basement. I wanted to waterguard my basement, as well as put in other waterproofing products to protect my basement. Similar to my first time using Quality 1st, I had a very good experience. The salesman John Schweitzer is a good guy who knows what he is talking about. After the work was done, the crew took a lot of care to minimize the mess. They did a great job leaving the work area looking uncluttered. Overall it was a great experience, and I will be sure to use them in the future if I need any more work done!

I want to let you know that the recent job here at Educational Testing Services went very well. Jonathan was great to deal with. He had everything well organized, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the job. He and the crew worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion, took care of the work area during the job (which wasn’t easy due to the mushy conditions), and also cleaned up really well before they left. Due to the nature of my position, I am unable to tip contractors, but I wish I could. If I have more of this type of work to take care of in the future, I’ll be reaching out to you.  Thanks, Kevin

The guys did a great job, fast, efficient, and clean. Finished in less time than we were told and were very courteous and friendly. Outstanding. And best of all, it rained a lot the next night and things stayed dry in the basement. Good work folks!

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because the house that I was interested in buying had a lot of water damage to the crawl space. After getting Quality 1st's number from my home inspector, I decided to give them a call. I was very happy with how easy it was to get in touch with the office, and set up an appointment. When the salesman came out, he was very professional, and knew how to solve my problem. The installation crew was also very good, and fixed my crawl space. Overall I am very satisfied with Quality 1st, and I am happy with my new waterproofed crawl space.

Sha'Chon came out to service the pump that was installed by the previous home owner.  He took his time to explain everything to me, as I am a new home owner.  He was very patient, very honest, and extremely knowledgeable.  After our discussion, I decided to replace the pump, battery and battery backup, as they were older and we have a very high water table near the house with active sump drainage throughout the day.  His team arrived on the scheduled day on time, did their work and were very professional.

Nick came to do an annual service and to check on a non-functioning dehumidifier. He called with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time, performed all of the work, and communicated with me throughout.
