A homeowner in Darien was getting water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the floors/walls. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now, with these systems, this basement will stay dry, giving the homeowner peace of mind!

They can also hold up to 60,000 pounds!
