When tightened to a certain pressure, these will support the sagging floors above. They will keep this house stable and sturdy for the long term. Our crew will also come out again and tighten these over time to ensure the floors become completely level. Now this homeowner has peace of mind knowing their home is supported. 

A homeowner in Ridgefield, CT was getting water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Then, one of our Foremen, Chavon Bowman, and his crew installed this entire project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or floor.
