Our System Design Specialist, Ferdinand Gojani, came out, and quickly figured out what needed to be done to get this basement and crawl space in better shape. Our expert foreman, Marcio, got right to work on installing 2 TripleSafe Sump Pumps, WaterGuard, a SaniDry XP, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on walls and CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation. A homeowner in Ridgefield had sagging floors in their home and needed a permanent solution to support their home, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find that solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinic, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them will a proposal for work that they would need to have done. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, would install this job. They installed our SmartJacks throughout their basement. When tightened to a certain pressure, these will support the sagging floors above. They will keep this house stable and sturdy for the long term. Our crew will also come out again and tighten these over time to ensure the floors become completely level. Now this homeowner has peace of mind knowing their home is supported. 

A homeowner in Ridgefield, CT was getting water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Then, one of our Foremen, Chavon Bowman, and his crew installed this entire project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or floor. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This replaced an old sump pump that was not working properly to eliminate any water from the basement. Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time. 

This old, open sump pump wasn't doing its job. It kept clogging, and water would evaporate out of it and cause the basement to be humid. We replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump. Its airtight cover reduces sump pump noise and keeps dirt and debris from falling in. Additionally, TripleSafe's oversize plastic sump liner contains 3 sump pumps that can work together or separately depending on pumping demands. With the TripleSafesystem, you don't have to worry about high pumping demands that can overwhelm or burn out single-pump systems. And if there's a power outage, your TripleSafe system will keep operating, thanks to a battery-powered backup pump.

Now this customer is happy that both of their problems were fixed and no longer need to worry about future water damage or floor sagging!
