Just a brief email to compliment one if your employees, Brian on his excellent work to date. A break in my storm drain caused water and mud to pour into my basement during several rainstorms. Brian is in the final stages of completing needed repairs inside and outside of the house. His work has been so outstanding that I have recommended Frank's to a neighbor who seems to be experiencing storm drain and sewer problems.

Ray, you know your stuff and your company is so lucky to have you with them. I was so very impressed with you. NO ONE should hire anyone for their basement in WNY, unless it's Frank's Basement and by only you telling them what they need. I met with ALL of the other companies. You actually listened to me about where the issues were in order to figure out what is best & needed. Your  company is honest & so were you for that. You did an amazing job. Please give me some additional business cards of yours when you return, so I can refer you to some friends that need help with their basements. Every basement is different & only you can diagnose to tell them what they really need. And one of my friends really needs two different dehumidifiers from you, possibly 3 of them. He is a politician & an attorney in Niagara County. Too bad it's not Erie County, but anyway. He is a very good friend  of mine and he needs them. The smell from his basement & the way the house is constructed, he needs them and possibly some repairs to his basement that you recommended for mine.
