I saw listing on Angie's List along with others, but was most satisfied with the sales representative and low pressure.  I was very satisfied with results, salesman and workers.  Terry Lowry answered all questions clearly and did not pressure us to install items not needed for our situation.   Shawn and Jose were very professional and respectful to me and my wife.  They explained what they were doing and answered questions clearly.

Tyler Vass, Steve, and Jimmy showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. The company was excellent with communicating ahead of the appointment and performed quality work.

They covered everything in our basement. Your workers were busy all the time and they cleaned up very well. Everything was explained very well and we understood quite well how things were going. Your book was very informative. We have not had any trouble since, even with all the rain we've had. Thank you!

Sean, Mike and Brent were professional and respectful. They protected our belongings and assured us that everything would be neat and address our problems.

Chris did a nice job of proposing what to do and showing us details.  Brent A. and his crew were great!  They worked hard and informed us every step of the way.  Great crew of workers!   I couldn't believe the way they cleaned up.  They did a great job.  It was a big job so it was a big mess, but when they left, it was better than I had expected.  

Darren A of Lebanon, Ohio called into the Appointment Center this morning to report that he was thrilled with the job we did for him.  After all this rain we have had in the past few days that was causing flash flooding, his basement has remained dry!  The Foreman on his job was Mike Lutz and the crew on that job was Kevin F and Jordan Y.

I have to give The Basement Doctor four stars.My mother's basement wall was in terrible condition. The foreman Brent Adams and his crew Jose Roses and Chris Powell did a wonderful job in just three days. They were informative, personable, and professional. They went above and beyond than just their jobs. They took the time to check the basement floor and raised it to the proper height. They made sure to clean up the work sight every day before leaving!! I would recommend the Basement Doctor to anyone having issues with their basement as well recommend Brent and his crew!! Thank you for a job well done and giving us piece of mind!!!!

Mike Pritt with his crew Jake, and Bradley did an excellent job. We had a challenging basement and it turned out fabulous. Mike kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we didn't have any questions. They left the work site pristine, going above and beyond to wash down the floors. We are very pleased to have had Mike and his crew.
