The sani-dry system arrived damaged, but Brent quickly took care of the situation and contacted his supervisor to make sure we get a replacement part ASAP.Dan was very through and kept in touch, answering all our questions during the decision process. Brent and his crew were very respectful; they were very careful with our items. Brent was always in the best dispostion to answer all our questions. We chose BD because of the innovative waterproofing solutions it offers and because of its many years of experience. We also know that our neighbor used BD when sealing their crawl space and they were very satisfied with the job done.

I saw your Triplesafe Sump Pump on the internet and requested an estimate. When your salesperson came and explained everything, I liked it and decided to have it installed. Urban and the installation crew were all very professional, polite, and ready to answer any question that I had.
