Rusty, Kellon, and Tyler installed a drainage system for the Williamsburg First Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg, Ohio. The work was completed on January 21, 2021. Every morning the crew foreman telephoned to let me know that they were en route to our location. This allowed me ample time to arrive at the Church and to unlock the door.  The entire crew was very professional. They also left the area neat and clean each evening. Their workmanship was excellent and the church members have been very pleased with the quality of work. 

We went with your company because we didn't have to remove any decking outside and we only had work done on what we needed.  Other companies wanted to do more work than we needed, costing more and causing us to remove flooring.  Your option allowed us to pay less and only fix what was broken! 

Very enlightening!  The serviceman was very knowledgeable of the process and did an outstanding job and clean up!

I actually looked at 3 different companies and your company was the most open and direct and provided the inspection in a very timely manner, even fitting it in between other previous appointments.  The technician showed up exactly as scheduled at 10:00am and did a quality job! I'd like to compliment Jeff Eyrich my SALESMAN for selling me a Sump Pump installation. He was very professional & wasn't high pressure. I did get an estimate with Jayco a competitor & I wasn't happy for a number of reasons. My Installer Jon ASHER today was also very professional & explained everything. I'm very happy from start to finish. I'm on my 5th Home since 1986 & I know how contractors can be. TJ, Cortland, and Korey from The Basement Doctor Cincinnati installed some Power Braces and a sump pump system in my home. They called ahead, were transparent with issues they ran into, and kept the workspace cleaner than they found it. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the entire crew and with the work they completed. I fully endorse them, especially TJ and his crew, for any work you may need done and will absolutely be using them if needed in the future.

Everything went as planned and on time!  The workers were really good at their jobs and were very careful with their working around the house.  They picked up and cleaned everything up as they were working and after.  They were nice people.

Steve was straight to the point with the repair. We had the house fixed so we could sell it. The house sold on July 27th, 2011, thanks to The Basement Doctor!  

Thus far I am very satisfied with the service received and the quality of the job. Both the project manager and the installer were a pleasure to work with!
