I spoke with a few friends about the problem and they were the ones that had mention your name and the possible problem. Apparently crawlspace encapsulation is a common project in my neighborhood. Chris was very courteous. He respected my time, my money, and at the end of the day I felt like he gave me the best possible comprehensive solution for my problem. They were working under the house the whole time so I hardly noticed they were even there. Three days later they were gone with the wind. Chris was great about following up with me after the project to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results and all my questions had been answered. Our house was appraised because we were putting it on the market. We were told that getting our crawl space repaired would significantly raise the value of the home. Also, Nobody wants to buy a house that has a big home project waiting for them. We heard about TerraFirma on the radio and called them out for an inspection. In our mind it was simple choice. The price of the crawl space encapsulation was less than the increase in value of our home so we decided it was a good investment. Bryan went through our crawlspace, took pictures, and made sure that we were solving every piece of our crawl space. We added a dehumidifier and sump pump to create a total waterproofing system. Bryan had an excellent presentation and was clearly very knowledgeable. We felt confident with Bryan and the company to proceed with their services. 

I have only positive things to say about TerraFirma. I've spent many years under homes with my career in telecommunication and wiring repair, but until calling TerraFirma and speaking with Ryan, I had no idea that the space under your home was so significant to the overall health of the home. What impressed me most was Ryan's knowledge and ability to explain things through his computer presentation. He did a stand up job and is a great asset to your company. Wes and his team worked diligently and came around to inform me of what was going on and also to answer my questions. The marketing Director Kevin sent me a case study including write up and pictures of my project which showed me these guys go above and beyond the normal contractor. Everyone did a great job and I will be referring them to friends and family.

Upon my inspection I was actually not present. I did receive all the information that was gone over and soon after I received a call from Bryan to explain the details of the estimate. Afterwards he made a second appearance to make sure I could see in detail and in person the specifics of the job which I really respect and appreciate. Bryan was always available and courteous. He proposed a few options for solutions of which I felt comfortable all with. It was his willingness to work with us and be flexible why we chose TerraFirma. They did a great job from the first day to the last and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had done my research and had a good idea of what my crawl space needed to transform it into a usable space. So a dehumidifier, sump pump and a new liner/vapor barrier was installed. We have been taking our time finding someone that would provide all of these services at a reasonable cost. Very good experience overall. I feel comfortable with the company and they were very accommodating to my schedule on when we could get our estimate and schedule the installation. Patrick was a stand up guy. Answered all my questions and made sure I was happy all the way.
