TerraFirma's procedure was the best fit for my property.

We chose TerraFirma becaause of price and flexibility of letting us do some of the work ourselves.

We had TerraFirma come out for our  crawl space repair for a few main reasons. The Cleanspace technology with a dehumidifier and sump pump was going to turn my crawl space into an efficient system instead of a humid moldy environment for bugs and rodents. The second is that everything was explained to me in a 2ay that made total sense. We loved Ryan and he rocked! It won't take long for our new crawl space to pay for itself with the money we save on utilities.

Josh gave us a great comprehensive solution to our crawl space needs. Josh suggested a plan that included a dehumidifying system, sump pump and Cleanspace liner. We closed off the vents and completely encapsulated the area. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and informative to help us make the best decision possible. Installation went by pretty quickly. They spent most all the time under the house so we didn't really talk with them much. These were some of the hardest working people I've ever watched work. I got tired just watching them. I give these guys an A+. 

I heard of your company first searching online for potential contractors to work on my crawlspace. The whole staff was exceptional. They were all courteous and helpful. My thoughts on the representative for installation was exceptional. Three reasons that we selected TerraFirma was the rep, his presentation and the pricing was the most fair in relation to other companies I checked out. The installation crew arrived on time and was very courteous. Cleanup was amazing. They cleaned the spots on the wall, totally cleaned and beautified everything. You can definitely use me as a reference and I would recommend your company to anyone.

I found out about TerraFirma and crawl space encapsulation from a neighbor who had the service done already. I saw the trucks and production crew out there for 2 mornings bright and early. After speaking with my neighbor and learning about the benefits of having the crawlspace worked done, I gave your company a call. You all lived up to the expectation that my neighbor spoke so highly of. On time, hard working, polite, knowledgeable, courteous. The list goes on. Ryan was an absolute professional in all aspects and we were pleased to know that the project was under budget. I'm glad we got things taken care of as early and quickly so we could start saving money on utilities, the problem didn't keep getting worse and more expensive, and the health and value of my home increased. We love Levi! This was a quick project, but we wanted to make sure that is was done correctly and by the right people. Levi and TerraFirma delivered on both ends. Our crawlspace isn't big. We have heard of our friends also having this new insulation installed and the benefits of doing so. We were referred TerraFirma, and they took care of the job.
