I really appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and quality of information provided by Chris. I was expecting to pay a little less than what was quoted but was very comfortable with the fact the I know my crawl space was going to be completely encapsulated with the highest quality solution on the market today. The contractor Chris that came out was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the condition of my home. I initially though I had a gigantic problem on my hand with standing water and elevated humidity in the crawlspace. I'm glad I called TerraFirma and had Chris look at it. The solution Chris designed was a simple a new technology he called Cleanspace, and SUMP pump and a dehumidifier. All of which was installed in 2 days. It was quick, easy and painless.

First off I'd like to say that Jason is a great asset to your team at TerraFirma. He was sharp, on time and very knowledgeable about foundation and crawl space repair. After his presentation he gave our estimate and proposal at the time of inspection which was nice. If it weren't for his explanation of how crawl space encapsulation pays for itself over time I wouldn't have known how valuable the service is. We are going to save money on heating and cooling bills, as well as we increased the value of our home roughly 10%, which is far more than what the project cost us to install. This project was a no brainer and it shouldn't be for anyone else who has even entertained the idea of having their crawl space encapsulated. Call TerraFirma and you won't be upset with the results. 

Your employee was courteous and thorough, his presentation was very good and I enjoyed meeting with him. The product is definitely worth the money, and we look forward to enjoying the health and financial benefits. My experience was a 10/10. Josh was very polite and patient with all my questions. At the end of the appointment we received our proposal which was nice that we didn't have to wait. The price was fair and the solution was exceptional. Our crawlspace looks amazing! We have a lot to that to Josh Anderson and the entire TerraFirma team. We had a very crummy crawlspace situation and have been looking to do something about it for some time now. We had TerraFirma out to encapsulate our crawl space. I was very impressed with TerraFirma-Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. We had a joy working with Ryan. He is a very sincere and a genuinely nice guy, which made me feel like he was there to help rather than just to sell me something. I appreciated that he was always available to call or email with questions and follow up conversations. We have recently had the house appraised because we are selling soon (hopefully) and the value of the home went up roughly 10% after getting Cleanspace installed. Chris was very helpful in explaining the details and benefits of why I should be getting my crawl space encapsulated rather than just laying down a new liner. He suggested using their Cleanspace material to completely encapsulate the area. The main benefits being no more mold and dry rot, better breathing air and low utility bills. This made a lot of sense to me and for the price we paid it was well worth it. I did have some initial objections to funding the project but Chris presented many financing options. Surprisingly they had great rates. Chris was very personable and honest with his approach to my project, which I really appreciated. He was very sincere and knowledgeable. TeraFirma really impressed me the whole way though, following up on message, emails, phone calls, etc and making sure I was never guessing what the next step was. Great job.

The biggest reason for me going with Ryan proposal and TerraFirma is they were the only company whose proposal was truly going to give me the best bang for my buck and give me the piece of mind, my house and family were healthy. We did seek out other companies and they didn't compare to what TerraFirma provided. The price was right and the quality of production (on paper) was the most persuasive. We enjoyed our visit with Bryan and we were very impressed. He was able to confirm what we felt was the case, that we are not in bad shape foundation wise and have no major basement or crawl space issues. Humidity is also not a big issue for us. He spend quality time with us and we were especially impressed he did not try to sell us something we did not really need. We will consider the vapor proofing of our crawl space as a possibility down the road and may look at that for our crawl space at our rental property.
