3 service options were provided and the range of services was nice: however even the cheapest option/fix we felt was a good enough solution. A write up with three option quotes were provided at the time of inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner for our inspection. We thought that Ryan did a great job with his presentation and we really enjoyed that he provided many options for our fix based on our budget.

The two things I am most happy about since getting this work done on my home is the piece of mind that my family is breathing healthier air, and my home 's value is higher than before. And the second is I'm saving so much money of utilities. It is cliche to say, but this project will pay for itself over time and add 10% value back into my home. I don't know why I didn't get this done earlier. Jason was our design specialist and was very helpful. He made sure to keep in contact with us throughout the plan and even took time to check up after the project was complete to make sure we didn't have any further questions. We love you TerraFirma! our crawl space looks amazing, and I'm so happy to know we don't have any more critters running around under there. Didn't really have a lot of expectations going into the project. Initially we wanted to get an idea of what the problem was, what the solutions could be and how much it was going to cost. Chris came out and spent 2 hours examining our home and going through his presentation. Chris did a great job explaining the why's and benefits of getting the job done asap. This made a lot of sense to us, so we took care of it before our crawl space became an even bigger problem. Working with Chris and TerraFirma was a treat. They did an overall great job and we are pleased with how things turned out.

Your representative was very informative and knowledgeable! We went with the company because of the bid & price! the crew was very fast & efficient. They arrived on time and were courteous and did a great job with clean up.

Experience was a 10. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. With all the things that go into the project price wise, we wanted to make sure we were getting a good comparison with other companies. TerraFirma emerged the winner. TerraFirma has been our favorite contractor to work with for underground problems. Most times our projects are time sensitive. We need thing done correctly and quickly.
