I have to start by saying, I thought your representative was very knowledgeable explaining what should be done. Even your marketer at the county fair knew more about foundation work than our city, county or community "planners." I am particularly impressed with you telling me what you were going to do, what you would not do and how long it would take and the approximate cost - your final bill was actually less than your original estimate! Your competition was not clear.

I don't think many people understand the importance of below the home health to a house. We sure didn't. We expect that the team that will come out to physically work on our home will be as knowledgeable as Ryan. We are retired and budget conscious and we certainly would not proceed if we felt it would not permanently solve our crawl space problems. Ryan was very thorough and provided many option on not only the solution needed, but on financing to get the work done. Ryan has crawl space repair and knowledge down to a science. He was a real expert in the field, so I felt very comfortable working with him and the company. He is a great representative for TerraFirma. During construction, we hardly noticed them working. It was a pretty non-invasive project. They were there early in the morning and were done with the project before the end of the day. We appreciated their speediness and punctuality. I am happy with the work that was done. Dehumidifier is in place and working correctly.

I have had a good experience overall working with TerraFirma. I believe they were very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Patrick was able to explain the benefits of encapsulating our crawl space. We went over his computer presentation and agreed that this was the best option for our crawlspace. The reason I proceeded to work with Patrick is because he remained in constant contact with me. He was always available to answer questions and make sure we were 100% comfortable with how the project was coming along. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Initially there was some mess but they cleaned up very well and were out of the home in less than two full days work.

We are very pleased with the recent work that was done at our house. We may think about moving in the Cleanspace it looks so nice! Your crew supervisor Jeremy Schwab did a great job. He took the time to call and tell me he would be late on the starting date and gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. The crew was very professional and the job was neatly done with a very good clean up. If that is possible with concrete dust. I would gladly talk to any prospective customer that would like a reference. Your company employees have a great attitude from the girl I met at the show to all your workers. Mr Ryan Lahley took care of my needs in a speedy manor. Very well done sir. So far everything has been great. Our experience with the call center Nina, our estimator Ryan and the installation crew Drew, we have nothing but high marks for them. They were all a treat to work with and very considerate to my needs and questions. The crawl space of our home is now encapsulated and we feel very comfortable with the health condition of the home, and the fact that I will hopefully never have to go down there again for any reason. They sealed off the vents, installed and dehumidifier and isolated the crawl space from any outside contact with the cleanspace liner. Everyone did great work.

GREAT JOB TEAM! Ryan did an amazing job with the inspection. He was able to give us our estimate on the spot and we were more than happy to sign. Especially after the other estimates we received, there was no question who we felt most comfortable with not only personally but technically as well.
