A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, was growing frustrated with her basement. Each time it rained, she noticed that her basement was taking on water, specifically in the corners of the space. She no longer wanted to deal with the issue, so she began to look for a basement repair expert in St Paul, MN. When she found our website, she was impressed with our reviews and before and after image sets. She signed up for one of our FREE estimates, and several weeks later, Michel R, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Michel got to work inspecting the basement. When he finished, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. Michel believed that the issue in the basement was that water had no access to a disposal site, such as a sump pump or discharge line. For this reason, Michel recommended the installation of our SuperSump sump pump. He explained that this sump pump is not only effective but economical. It's engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods, even in times of heavy water intrusion. The SuperSump boasts a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The homeowner agreed with Michel's recommendation and the project was scheduled for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Edgar M, and his team were able to swiftly install the SuperSump. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing her water intrusion issues have been handled!

A customer from St. Paul, MN, contacted us because of water coming in from the foundation. Our Design Specialist went out to the property and recommended the customer invest in our WaterGuard system. This particular system is typically used in basements and is the premier choice for basement waterproofing as it is installed below the floor, but rests atop the foundation, keeping it out of the "mud zone", making it harder to clog.
Our Foreman, Jose, installed the WaterGuard system and now the homeowners can resume basement activities without worrying about water damage dampening the fun!
A customer from Maplewood, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice unwanted water on the floor of his basement. He was afraid that if he didn't take action and correct the issue, it would continue to damage his property, making any potential resale tough in the future. When he called in, our Appointment Center set him up with our FREE no-obligation estimate. Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist headed out to the property to do a thorough inspection of the issue. When he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could best help the situation. He began by explaining to the homeowner that the water was intruding through a crack in the wall. He wanted to address the issue by installing our WaterGuard french drainage system. He wanted to pair this product with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. He explained that the CleanSpace vapor barrier is a tarp-like material that works to trap any water entering the property behind it, draining it down the plastic and into the WaterGuard drainage system that lies beneath the floor, catching the water driven downwards by the CleanSpace. The customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew ended up installing a foot of WaterGuard and CleanSpace under and on top of the problem wall. When the work was completed our customer was happy to know he could go back to enjoying his basement, completely moisture free!
An Eagan, MN, homeowner was growing more concerned about her basement bedroom. Each time it rained, the carpet of the room took on water, becoming overly saturated. The homeowner contacted a handyman, who referred him to us. He decided to set up his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Darin S, one of our Design Specialists, was headed out to the home.
Darin completed his thorough inspection of the basement. When he finished, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. First, Darin recommended our WaterGuard. This unique French drain gets installed below the slab of the concrete floor and atop the footing of the foundation. It works to collect water entering through holes or cracks in the floor, giving the water a channel to flow freely to a disposal site. One thing Darin had noticed was that the basement lacked a means of disposing of unwanted water. For this reason, Darin recommended our SuperSump sump pump. This pump keeps your basement dry using a float-operated and fully submersible pump. The homeowner agreed with Darin's recommendations and scheduled the job on the spot.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Diego B, led his team through the flawless installation of 34ft of WaterGuard, and 1 SuperSump sump pump. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing that her water intrusion issues have been handled!
