A Saint Paul, MN, homeowner was facing a unique issue. Each time it rained, he could see water entering through a corner of his basement, creating a small puddle. When Derek arrived, he got right to work inspecting every inch of the basement. When he concluded, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Water is now guided through the drainage system and led to the sump pump, where it is then discharged from the home.
