Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. He also broke out a trench down the middle of the basement to form a feed line. The feed line serves as a guide for water to get to the sump pump. In the perimeter trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water clogs, serves as an underground drain, and collects water leaking from basement walls. Then, Edgar and his crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, and acts as an extra wall protectant. It also gives the room a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. To wrap up the project, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the projects were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. It also gives basements a neat and clean appearance. Then, Hugo and his crew installed 21 of our PowerBraces on the CleanSpace. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and straighten them out over time. Lastly, our team applied spray foam around the ceiling perimeter to provide extra insulation and to keep heat inside the basement. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
