I had three companies provide estimates for work that needed to be done at our family lake home. From the very start, American Waterworks was clearly the best choice. Ryan was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and walk us through the recommended solutions. He came prepared with handouts and videos that showed exactly what the work would look like, and left us with a bid that day so we knew exactly how much it would cost. The crew that arrived to perform the work was great. They were all very courteous, and their experienced showed in the work. Overlal, top-notch company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of basement/foundation/floor work. 

Jeremy did a good job presenting the process and the installation.  Had a question regarding final payment and they handled it well.  The installation crew was very professional. All knew what they needed to do and got it done. Hope they are getting paid well as they deserve it.

I've had the American Waterworks foundation repair system in my home for a few years. The office staff is always great on the phone and very  helpful. The design specialist and service technicians are very pleasant to talk to. When the crew installed my project, they were very diligent about their work. The service technicians that have been to my home since the installation have all been very courteous and good about answering my questions. 

Jeremy was very thorough and did a good job of explaining things.  All of your workers were very polite and conscientious!  Very hard workers!

The office staff is very professional! Easy to communicate with through the entire waterproofing process. The Design Specialist was very professional, and the technicians worked hard, communicated well, and finished the job - plus they cleaned up! The installation was awesome! Honestly can't say enough good things. The guys were professional, courteous, and polite. AMAZING! The entire installation process was smooth sailing thanks to the expertise of Dylan and Jesus. Everyone at American Waterworks made this process SO easy. We are soooo glad we made the decision to use your services. We couldn't be more pleased! Our basement is dry and beautiful! 

The crew that worked on our basement was great! They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up everyday after they were done and protected the surrounding area they were working in. They got the job done in the time frame allotted. We are happy with how it turned out!

We were amazed at how fast and methodical the men worked explaining along the way how the work would progress and were happy to answer any questions we had and to address one small change that had to be made. After the job was done they did make a great effort to clean the area and asked us to do a walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly or if there was anything more that could be done. The office staff was very courteous and pleasant. The Service Technician was very professional, exlpained things clearly, and was not pushy. The cleanup was great! 10 out of 10. 

The work crew were very professional and courteous. They did a great job installing the system. Would have them back again if they were needed.

They did a wonderful job!! We had drain tile put in and they had to jack hammer the old stuff up. They were very clean when they did their work. Very nice staff and wonderful to work with. Answered all our questions and then some!! They were in and out in 3 days. Highly recommend!!

I am a sales manager and have been for 20 years. My expectations of companies are through the roof if I am paying for a service. Never make anyone wait is my number one rule. Never let an email or phone call go unanswered within 30 minutes. Even if you have to call to say, "We are on it and will get back to you shortly." You guys from the point of sale, to the project being done, to the communication after, and this final email from you saying, "We got paid." is wonderful. We recently went with American Waterworks to fix our foundation. There was a bulge on one of the walls that made us very nervous that something bad was going to happen one day. We had a representative from American Waterworks come and look at the issue. He suggested that their geo-lock anchor system was the best route to take. We did have a few other companies come and look as well but we went with American Waterworks. And boy are we glad we did! The team was promptly on time and started to get to work right away. Throughout the time they were here they gave us updates about what they were doing, being very descriptive of the actions they were taking. The team was very professional and very awesome! Once they were finished they made sure to move back any objects they had to move and even cleaned up. They did such a great job! I highly recommend American Waterworks above any other company! We will continue to use them with any issues we have in the future. Once again, the whole team was very awesome!

We used American Waterworks to stabilize/lift our house due to settling/sinking footings. We had four estimates done with different companies before deciding on American Waterworks. From start to finish, we were impressed with the company. Richie was thorough and concise when informing us of what would need to be done, and explained the estimate to us in person. When the crew arrived, they were courteous and conscientious, and very hardworking. The Foreman, Ryan, kept us informed throughout every step of the project! We had 23 piers driven in and around our house to lift/stabilize. During the lift, they explained what to expect and took their time to be sure we were satisfied with the outcome. When it came to the last day of the project, they had all hands on deck and left our property looking way better than we had ever experienced after this huge project! Sam, the branch manager, made sure we were satisfied and happy customers before wrapping up the project! Thanks to American Waterworks for a job well done!
