This basement in Lynchburg, OH, had a problematic wall that would constantly leak at the coves every time it rained. We installed our minimally invasive interior perimeter waterproofing system to stop the leaks. Including in this system are our subfloor WaterGuard drains and our SuperSump sump pump.
This homeowner called us because the last contractor they hired did not do a good enough job to properly protect their basement from water. They claimed, "There is only one small sump pump and they should have put a larger one in or at least another one." They called us this time because they knew we would do it right because they heard about us from a friend. We added our WaterGuard drains under the floor of the basement, all around the perimeter. We then hooked them up to our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is strong enough to handle extreme amounts of water because it has a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery backed up sump. Safe to say these homeowners are done looking for a waterproofing contractor to get it right.
This basement with a poured foundation in Blanchester, OH, was leaking like crazy and had large cracks in the corner. We waterproofed the entire basement with a full interior perimeter system with our WaterGuard subfloor drains, and our TripleSafe sump pump. We stabilized the bowed in walls with our steel PowerBrace system. Lastly, we added BriteWall wall panels to give the basement a finished look and to help channel leaks from the cracks down into the subfloor drainage system. What you're looking at folks, is a basement relieved of massive amounts of pressure.
This homeowner wanted an egress window installed because they were planning on building a bedroom in their basement for their kid to live in. You can see just how big the window is thanks to our team member standing in the well, making final adjustments.
This homeowner called us for help because their sump pump was constantly running, but seemingly not pumping any water out. We sent one of our inspectors out for free to give a diagnosis. Our inspector confirmed that their pump had a corroded switch and was wasting energy like crazy. The homeowner told us that the company who installed it was bought out, and so no one could repair it for him. After explaining that we have been in business for over thirty-eight years and that our sump pumps are top tier, the homeowner wanted one of our sump pumps. We replaced their old sump pump with one of ours, and the homeowner was very happy to know that they can depend on us for the future.
