This crawlspace already had some type of plastic walls covering the sides of the crawlspace, but the home owner was not impressed. We helped them fully encapsulate the crawlspace with Clean Space matting and a SaniDry Sedona. 

This crawlspace was nasty and was leading to health problems for the owners, and the house. We installed CleanSpace walls and floors to encapsulate. We also threw in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a TripleSafe sump pump for great measure. 

This crawlspace was capturing moisture at a rate that was unsustainable. Mold was eating away the wooden parts of the crawl space. We encapsulated the entire crawl space with CleanSpace matting and we also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to stop all moisture. 

We encapsulated this crawl space with our CleanSpace liner. CleanSpace is a very heavy, durable liner that will block out moisture. CleanSpace can be fitted around just about any obstacle and is put together with moisture proof tape and buttons. We also installed SilverGlo insulation panels along the walls to help lower the energy bills for the owner of the crawl space.

This home owner wanted an egress window because they had a room in the basement that they wanted to count as a bedroom on a home appraisal. We installed a RockWell egress, which look natural, is sturdy, and provides a great amount of natural sunlight.
