Our house was appraised because we were putting it on the market. We were told that getting our crawl space repaired would significantly raise the value of the home. Also, Nobody wants to buy a house that has a big home project waiting for them. We heard about TerraFirma on the radio and called them out for an inspection. In our mind it was simple choice. The price of the crawl space encapsulation was less than the increase in value of our home so we decided it was a good investment. Bryan went through our crawlspace, took pictures, and made sure that we were solving every piece of our crawl space. We added a dehumidifier and sump pump to create a total waterproofing system. Bryan had an excellent presentation and was clearly very knowledgeable. We felt confident with Bryan and the company to proceed with their services. 

I have only positive things to say about TerraFirma. I've spent many years under homes with my career in telecommunication and wiring repair, but until calling TerraFirma and speaking with Ryan, I had no idea that the space under your home was so significant to the overall health of the home. What impressed me most was Ryan's knowledge and ability to explain things through his computer presentation. He did a stand up job and is a great asset to your company. Wes and his team worked diligently and came around to inform me of what was going on and also to answer my questions. The marketing Director Kevin sent me a case study including write up and pictures of my project which showed me these guys go above and beyond the normal contractor. Everyone did a great job and I will be referring them to friends and family.

Upon my inspection I was actually not present. I did receive all the information that was gone over and soon after I received a call from Bryan to explain the details of the estimate. Afterwards he made a second appearance to make sure I could see in detail and in person the specifics of the job which I really respect and appreciate. Bryan was always available and courteous. He proposed a few options for solutions of which I felt comfortable all with. It was his willingness to work with us and be flexible why we chose TerraFirma. They did a great job from the first day to the last and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Deryl from the start to finish of the project. The price seemed reasonable and Deryl was exceptional through the entire process keeping us in the know and answering every question we had. I would definitely recommend TerraFirma to my friends and family.

I had done my research and had a good idea of what my crawl space needed to transform it into a usable space. So a dehumidifier, sump pump and a new liner/vapor barrier was installed. We have been taking our time finding someone that would provide all of these services at a reasonable cost. Very good experience overall. I feel comfortable with the company and they were very accommodating to my schedule on when we could get our estimate and schedule the installation. Patrick was a stand up guy. Answered all my questions and made sure I was happy all the way.

I really appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and quality of information provided by Chris. It made me feel completely educated on the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely. TerraFirma also provided good financing options. I was expecting to pay a little less than what was quoted but was very comfortable with the fact the I know my crawl space was going to be completely encapsulated with the highest quality solution on the market today. The contractor Chris that came out was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the condition of my home. I initially though I had a gigantic problem on my hand with standing water and elevated humidity in the crawlspace. I'm glad I called TerraFirma and had Chris look at it. The solution Chris designed was a simple a new technology he called Cleanspace, and SUMP pump and a dehumidifier. All of which was installed in 2 days. It was quick, easy and painless.

First off I'd like to say that Jason is a great asset to your team at TerraFirma. He was sharp, on time and very knowledgeable about foundation and crawl space repair. After his presentation he gave our estimate and proposal at the time of inspection which was nice. If it weren't for his explanation of how crawl space encapsulation pays for itself over time I wouldn't have known how valuable the service is. We are going to save money on heating and cooling bills, as well as we increased the value of our home roughly 10%, which is far more than what the project cost us to install. This project was a no brainer and it shouldn't be for anyone else who has even entertained the idea of having their crawl space encapsulated. Call TerraFirma and you won't be upset with the results. 

Your employee was courteous and thorough, his presentation was very good and I enjoyed meeting with him. The product is definitely worth the money, and we look forward to enjoying the health and financial benefits. This product will pay for itself after all the money we will start saving on our energy bill. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a crawl space and I would recommend TerraFirma to do it. They were precise, quick and out before I even noting there were people crawling under my house all day.

My experience was a 10/10. Josh was very polite and patient with all my questions. At the end of the appointment we received our proposal which was nice that we didn't have to wait. The price was fair and the solution was exceptional. Our crawlspace looks amazing! We have a lot to that to Josh Anderson and the entire TerraFirma team. We had a very crummy crawlspace situation and have been looking to do something about it for some time now. We had TerraFirma out to encapsulate our crawl space. I was very impressed with TerraFirma-Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. We had a joy working with Ryan.
