Chris was very helpful in explaining the details and benefits of why I should be getting my crawl space encapsulated rather than just laying down a new liner. He suggested using their Cleanspace material to completely encapsulate the area. The main benefits being no more mold and dry rot, better breathing air and low utility bills. This made a lot of sense to me and for the price we paid it was well worth it. I did have some initial objections to funding the project but Chris presented many financing options. Surprisingly they had great rates. Chris was very personable and honest with his approach to my project, which I really appreciated. He was very sincere and knowledgeable. TeraFirma really impressed me the whole way though, following up on message, emails, phone calls, etc and making sure I was never guessing what the next step was. Great job.

The biggest reason for me going with Ryan proposal and TerraFirma is they were the only company whose proposal was truly going to give me the best bang for my buck and give me the piece of mind, my house and family were healthy. We enjoyed our visit with Bryan and we were very impressed. He was able to confirm what we felt was the case, that we are not in bad shape foundation wise and have no major basement or crawl space issues. Humidity is also not a big issue for us. He spend quality time with us and we were especially impressed he did not try to sell us something we did not really need. We will consider the vapor proofing of our crawl space as a possibility down the road and may look at that for our crawl space at our rental property. We have already shared your name with neighbors and if there is ever a time where we need any of the services you provide we will definitely give you a call. TerraFirma's procedure was the best fit for my property.

We chose TerraFirma becaause of price and flexibility of letting us do some of the work ourselves.

We had TerraFirma come out for our  crawl space repair for a few main reasons. The Cleanspace technology with a dehumidifier and sump pump was going to turn my crawl space into an efficient system instead of a humid moldy environment for bugs and rodents. The second is that everything was explained to me in a 2ay that made total sense. We loved Ryan and he rocked! It won't take long for our new crawl space to pay for itself with the money we save on utilities.

Josh gave us a great comprehensive solution to our crawl space needs. Josh suggested a plan that included a dehumidifying system, sump pump and Cleanspace liner. We closed off the vents and completely encapsulated the area. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and informative to help us make the best decision possible. Installation went by pretty quickly. They spent most all the time under the house so we didn't really talk with them much. These were some of the hardest working people I've ever watched work. I got tired just watching them.
