I heard of your company first searching online for potential contractors to work on my crawlspace. The whole staff was exceptional. They were all courteous and helpful. My thoughts on the representative for installation was exceptional. Three reasons that we selected TerraFirma was the rep, his presentation and the pricing was the most fair in relation to other companies I checked out. The installation crew arrived on time and was very courteous. Cleanup was amazing. They cleaned the spots on the wall, totally cleaned and beautified everything. You can definitely use me as a reference and I would recommend your company to anyone.

I found out about TerraFirma and crawl space encapsulation from a neighbor who had the service done already. I saw the trucks and production crew out there for 2 mornings bright and early. After speaking with my neighbor and learning about the benefits of having the crawlspace worked done, I gave your company a call. You all lived up to the expectation that my neighbor spoke so highly of. On time, hard working, polite, knowledgeable, courteous. The list goes on. Ryan was an absolute professional in all aspects and we were pleased to know that the project was under budget. I'm glad we got things taken care of as early and quickly so we could start saving money on utilities, the problem didn't keep getting worse and more expensive, and the health and value of my home increased. We love Levi! This was a quick project, but we wanted to make sure that is was done correctly and by the right people. Levi and TerraFirma delivered on both ends. Our crawlspace isn't big. 3 service options were provided and the range of services was nice: however even the cheapest option/fix we felt was a good enough solution. A write up with three option quotes were provided at the time of inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner for our inspection. We thought that Ryan did a great job with his presentation and we really enjoyed that he provided many options for our fix based on our budget. 

I am very satisfied with the work preformed by Terra Firma and the area was all tidy when they were done.

The two things I am most happy about since getting this work done on my home is the piece of mind that my family is breathing healthier air, and my home 's value is higher than before. And the second is I'm saving so much money of utilities. It is cliche to say, but this project will pay for itself over time and add 10% value back into my home. I don't know why I didn't get this done earlier. Jason was our design specialist and was very helpful. He made sure to keep in contact with us throughout the plan and even took time to check up after the project was complete to make sure we didn't have any further questions. We love you TerraFirma! our crawl space looks amazing, and I'm so happy to know we don't have any more critters running around under there.
