The problem was we had a ridiculous amount of standing water in the yard. Either the lawn was completely saturated or we had a clogged drain. Something is wrong and we needed it fixed. Ryan suggested that we put a new drainage system in. It would be a very simple process but it just needed to get done. It took no longer than a day to install. Ryan was very precise with what he thought would be the best option for us. He presented the information in a way we understood. It made sense. We had it installed and we haven't seen standing water anymore when it rains. We are happy about the success of the drainage system and impressed with the overall results.

We had multiple problem to address in our basement and wanted to find a company that dealt with all of our issues so we didn't have to bounce back and forth between different contractors. He addressed all issues needed including excavation, drain installation and the use of a sump pump. We are planning to use TerraFirma as our contractor as soon as possible.

I can understand why Casey Moore is successful. He always goes 'the extra mile.' We had numerous bidders come out and estimate our project. The reason that we went with Casey was for a few reasons. He wasn't pushy with sales. He presented the information the best he thought and we were impressed by what he had to say. Another reason is that he was always available. We tried contacting other contractors with follow up questions and they wouldn't get back to us for days at a time. The biggest reason though was because we thought Casey's plan and services TerraFirma could provide was going to give us the most bang for our buck and the best solution. The Answer was easy.

The positive experience started with my conversation in to the call center. She had set very good expectations to what the sales team was going to be performing. Sure enough Jason delivered when he arrived. I love when companies do what they say they are going to do. So I felt comfortable with Jason asking question and doing business through him and the company. Jason was great. Very knowledgable, helpful and easy to work with. If I encounter foundation problems in the future, I will be calling TerraFirma.

Three continuous days of work to install our Bright Wall Finishing and basement waterproofing system. I have never encountered a more professional, hard working crew! They went out of their way to use windows as access in an effort to minimize disturbance to our home! They worked very hard and very fast. Their cleanup was amazing - definitely left our home much cleaner than it was when they arrived. Not a trace of garbage or dirt left at all. Making our basement livable has been the best home decisions we have made since, well, buying the house. We have doubled the size of our home and love spending time in our day basement now that is starting to get warm out. Casey really helped us realize the potential our house was capable of. It was time to take care of this project. The floors were starting to sag so much that I thought at any point I would fall right through. I contacted 3 different contractors. TerraFirma was the middle price of the three. I've always had issues with my basement. The walls are falling off the side of the house, it is musky and stinky, and I have never had a real use for it other than storage. I called TerraFirma looking for a solution. The woman at the call center answered my call with courtesy, and she was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The System Design Specialist arrived on time and didn't waste any of it. He knocked and went right to work in the basement. Together we went over an accomplish list to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and not just being sold things I didn't care much for. This was the most impressive thing to me is that Casey actually listened and made sure I was the happiest customer I could be. Now, my basement problems are over.
