Terra Firma installed nine piers to support my sinking foundation. My house is now in great shape and I can open and close all my doors easily. Foreman Drew brought excellent problem solving skills to deal with the unique challenges of my project and used his considerable knowledge to finish on time. I truly appreciated the care Drew took with my home, as if it were his own. I was also quite impressed with the finishing job on the concrete; it blends in with the old cement perfectly. Everyone, from the office personnel, Ryan for the site visit, and interacting with Drew the foreman for the job was professional, enthusiastic about working with me and took the time to explain the process. It's Spring...I have lots of blooming flowers in my yard. When I talked to Drew, I told him not to worry about the flowers, Daffodils will bounce right back, and if they didn't, they would come up next year. Drew explained that he and his crew would be very careful not to damage bushes, flowers, etc. When I arrived home, after the work was complete, the only way I could tell the crew had been there was from the grass showing some foot traffic. Nothing extensive, more like when the mail carrier walks across the lawn. I went around the corner to inspect the work, everything was spotless. I could see that Drew and crew did the work, the two anchors were buried, and the ground had been dug up but flattened back down. The company and the crew really made this an easy and happy experience.

We had our basement waterproofed by Stephen and his crew on July 13. They were great to work with. Stephen did a great job explaining the work and modifying the bid as needed. They did a fabulous job with the clean-up. They even hauled off a bunch of stuff from our basement that had been there for years. I would use them again in a pinch.

Excellent job. TerraFirma Crew, Chad and Kyle, installed two helical piers under my leaning chimney and moved it back against the house and stabilized it without damage. They are fine individuals and professionals who take pride in their excellent work. I enjoyed working with them, their estimator and all the inspectors and engineers. The crew got started at 8 am and were done and gone by noon. Thanks Chad and Kyle.

Wesley Johnson and his crew did an amazing job repairing the foundation on my 45 year old residence. Not only was their skill at foundation repair top notch but they were esay to work with and extremely responsive to our questions and requests. The cleanup was great! When they left, the only evidence of their extensive repairs was my structurally sound (and now level) foundation. It was definitely a 5 star experience. I had to reschedule a few times due to meeting conflicts on my part, but when we finally got down to business I was very impressed. Once the inspection process started the total process ended a few weeks later. I have nothing negative to say. Kevin displayed his knowledge and professionalism from the pre-phone call to the inspection, and the production was just as smooth. This foundation issue has been something we needed to take care of for a while, we just had never been able to find the right company to do so. I found your company name online while searching for foundation repair contractors. My husband, a mechanical engineer, said he has heard good things through his business associates about TerraFirma Foundation Systems. Your office staff was all very helpful with fulfilling our phone call and email inquiries prior and after the start of our project. This includes an operations foreman in the Portland office that answered the telephone while no one was around in the late afternoon. He made a follow up phone call on the same day to provide answers to my questions and to ensure that my original message was passed along to the project superintendent. Keith was our contact and he provided us with a very thorough presentation on your product offerings with various options specifically selected to meet our repair requirements. We felt very satisfied with his expertise and recommendations. We did not feel pressured at any time to have to select the most extensive option versus the very basic. We relied on him to help us make the most appropriate selection for our project. He is a professional and we trust his input. He is quick to respond to all of our questions throughout the project. We did inquire about other repair services but not exactly similar to the piers. Once we received further information on how your product could secure our foundation, we felt it was the best fit for us. We were not overwhelmed with more than we needed as with other companies have a tendency to do. Your installation crew arrived right on time at 8 a.m. as promised. They were courteous and very accommodating. When we talked through the project details for the day at the start, I had requested a slight change to the original proposal and the project lead was able to comply without delay. It tells me your company trusts your crew to make appropriate calls on accepting certain changes and have the flexibility to process a change request without a long wait period for the customer. I was impressed that Keith was already up to speed on our request by the time I spoke to him later on. The cleanup at the project site was nice and tidy. I had your crew come back to finish up with gravel and concrete to avoid rain dump into the pier opening. Everything was done as requested and we are very pleased with your services. Great job Deryl and team! Our house is very old. We have been living there for about 15 years, but the house itself is about 70, so we wanted to make sure we were taking the proper precautions with working on an older home as well as give it a proper face lift. Our foundation had been settling for as long as I can remember. The cracks in the wall kept getting bigger so we decided to finally call someone. TerraFirma to the rescue! Deryl was our representative. He impressed us, and as you would call it "WOWed us every step of the way". The project was a little more invasive than we had thought with excavation but the installation guys cleaned up magnificently.
