By code of our HOA we are required to receive 3 estimate on all home improvement. Thank god they do. We were almost going to proceed with another company. Josh was in contact with us regularly since starting the project so we were never in the dark about what was happening next. Thorough work by Josh so far. TerraFirma does offer financing witch made things even more simple.

There was some serious repair that needed to be done. The basement walls were getting pushed inward by too much pressure from the soils outside causing massive bowing. There were a few options we could have gone with for this repair. Replacing the wall was not an option. We went with TerraFirma's tieback products. They were able to straighten out the wall. Support it to reduce the chance of further bowing, and it was surprisingly a clean project. Jason got creative with this one and it turned out great. The technology is very impressive and we are very impressed with your staff. Good work overall!

Our Systems Design Specialist was great. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all the questions we had. He was able to provide the services we needed, and the proposal was detailed and informative. Thank you 100 times! Our foundation was in poor shape. I thought foundation problems were reserved for homes built on hillsides and cliffs. Our house is on fairly level ground but over the years, windows are locked shut and doors don't open and close as smoothly as they used to. Haven't notices any cracks in the walls yet. Chris told us those show up in more severe cases. I was glad to hear that we weren't in really bad shape. I felt comfortable with Chris. He didn't try to up sell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge in foundation science. It was a very low pressure setting and I felt comfortable doing business with a professional and confident company.

Thank you for listening and being accommodating. This was a budget project. Initially we weren't sure who we were going to work with because all the estimates we received were too high. Of all the companies I contacted, Deryl and TerraFirma was the only one that kept in contact with me. After some negotiation and tweaking of his plan, Deryl was able to propose a project plan that we felt comfortable with and was under our budget. This is why he earned my business. He listened, he was very professional and stayed in contact. The other companies backed off when they found out they couldn't make as big of a profit margin. Deryl was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

You have an ace in Ryan Lahley. Treat him well! I feel totally comfortable having your company take on my project. I like having the reading materials sent out a head of time. They were very helpful. I received another bid earlier and it was so unclear to exactly what they were going to do. I realize after meeting with Ryan that the other company was giving me things I didn't need. Ryan took care of everything and made the process very easy.

We chose TerraFirma as our contractor because we read the information package that was given to us.. We didn't contact any other companies. The work crew and foreman were excellent. The foreman kept us informed on the progress made. Foreman and crew worked hard during their time on site!

I will be having the work completed by TerraFirma as soon as possible. Nina in the call center and representative Jason were excellent, and it was an easy decision for me to go with your company. The suggested solution I felt very comfortable with that it would permanently solve my problem and I truly was WOWed throughout the process. I was very impressed with the presentation and the representative. Everything was very worth while and I give it a ten out of ten.

At the time of contact with TerraFirma we were looking to sell our house. The potential buyers wanted the work done and they wanted us to use TerraFirma. I can see why. They are the best. Josh was a huge help in selling our home. He had a tricky project on his hands because he needed to coordinate with us, the current home owners and the new owners upon completion of the project. So he was getting thrown back and forth with ideas and seeking approval. He did an amazing job and we are glad he was able to help us out.
